  • When it comes to storage, the Samsung Galaxy S4 offers you more options, as it comes in 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB models. HTC One comes only with 32GB and 64GB varieties.
  • HTC One’s 4MP UltraPixel camera captures 300 percent more light the regular high-pixel cameras, which makes it excellent in low-light environment. Meanwhile, Samsung Galaxy S4 sports a 13MP rear-facing camera. Just like the HTC One, Galaxy S4’s camera can record videos in Full HD 1080p quality.
