4 Noticeable Features To Find In Latest Smartphones - Image 1

The competition in smartphone market is not hidden from anyone who stays updated with it. New smartphones keep coming every month and every manufacturer has something different to offer over its competitor. Loyal fans are being created through branding and every smartphone maker is doing its best to steal that small space in the world’s smartphone market share. This has given rise to a tough competition and coming of features at a very fast pace. It has become difficult to keep up with all these frequent upgrades. However, here are some unique yet useful features you should look for in new smartphones.

  1. Water Resistance

Once considered only a gimmick, water resistance is fast becoming a very important feature in the recent smartphones. Features always start becoming important and crucial when big companies adopt them. This is what happened to the water resistance feature. It had been around for quite some time but when Samsung and Apple brought it to their smartphone lineup, it became a necessity. Almost all big smartphone flagships are now accepting this feature and you should be looking for it. If nothing, you can at least listen to your favorite music while taking a shower with this feature.

  1. Dual Cameras

Another amazing feature that has made it onto many smartphones is the dual camera. Dual camera setup has also made is mostly to the flagship phones. LG G5 came with dual cameras where one allowed standard pictures and the other camera allowed wide angle images. Huawei also brought dual camera technology to its phones and later in the race was Apple’s iPhone 7. IPhone 7 has dual cameras too but they are quite different in what they do. The secondary camera on the phone is a telephoto lens allowing you better and crispier zoomed in photos.

  1. Stereo Speakers

Stereo speakers have also become quite a thing on smartphones. While most smartphone companies have still not showed the level of seriousness for this feature that users expect, there are some that are known for this amazing addition. HTC has been the company with the best stereo speakers on its phone. IPhone 7 has also come with dual speakers to create a surround sound experience. Nexus 6P had the dual front facing speakers and Pixel from Google received a lot of criticism for not having this feature on it. With stereo speakers, everything sounds great from Tamil ringtones to heavy metal.

  1. AI

Believe it or not, many smartphone companies are giving a clear indication that future belongs to artificial intelligence. This is the reason why they are putting so much effort in creating and polishing their artificial intelligence assistants. You have Google’s Assistant, Apple’s Siri, Samsung’s S Voice, Microsoft’s Cortana etc. that are loaded onto the phones to help you with several things without even touching your smartphone. As of the moment, Google Assistant has been accepted as the most intelligent and intuitive artificial intelligence bot due to its conversational method of interacting with users.
