Option One: Recover WhatsApp Chat this is Less than 1 Week (for Android)

Restore from iCloud:
Go to Settings > Chats > Chat Backup to ensure that an iCloud backup file is existing. Reset your iPhone to its factory resetting and restart, choose "Restore from iCloud backup" and you'll get deleted whatsApp data back.

Restore from iTunes:

Open up the latest version of iTunes and connect iPhone to computer. When it is recognized, click phone tab and click "Restore from Backup", select the latest backup file, tap on Apply and all data (whatsApp messages included) will be restored to iPhone.

Option Four: Extract Text Messages from iPhone Backup (for iPhone)
