But before that, I want to confirm that I used this application at my workstation as we were planning to perform Lotus Notes to Microsoft Outlook conversion. Fill the information in the Email filter fields to make conversion more accurate. Advance setting makes migration successful and advance. Calendar Filter & To-Do Filters put the date range in the given field to make migration date specific in Outlook PST file format. And after giving all details Click to Export Button.

Step 9: Create a New folder or choose saving location from the existing folder and Click OK to proceed for conversion.

Step 10: The conversion process will start now and the software preview the current status of the migration with name of the NSF file, count details of mails, contacts, calendar, tasks & journals. Click OK for final report and final conversion.

Step 11: As the conversion process over the software will show the final report with the count details of all Lotus Notes items, conversion speed and duration of conversion.

Step 12: When the conversion process complete successfully it will pop up a confirmation message That the file exported successfully.
