How to change image width and height in php using regular expression?

I want to replace the height and width of the image tab.

my paragraph contains <img style="height:200px;width:300px;" src="<img source>" />. Using PHP I need to change the height and width only in image tag.

I am storing this content inside database. So I prefer to replace in PHP code.
