It has an automatic deodorizer to help reduce unpleasant smells. For your comfort, the Numi Toilet has seat warmers and feet warmers. To set the mood, you can even play some music from it. To top it all off, the Numi Toilet has a self-cleaning function, which alone, can make the price of the toilet worth it.

Alarm.com

Alarm.com is a home security company that concentrates on bringing home automation and home security together. Many security companies, like my Cedar Park home security provider, Smith Monitoring, utilize the technology and services provided by Alarm.com. They have it all: you can lock and unlock your doors, arm and disarm your system, watch live feeds of your security cameras, and even control appliances around your home - all remotely controlled! You can even have a programmable thermostat installed that can also be remotely controlled. This company's app and products meet all of my Pearland home security needs. If you're looking for full home automation, this is a good place to start.
