John

 John Alleyne is a Career and Management Consultant, who has had a successful career in the Private & Public Sectors for the past 25 years in State, National, Regional & Global roles.   A Bachelor of Commerce Graduate  he commenced his career in support & training roles then in Management, Business Analysis, Consulting and Sales then Project Management roles. He has led large Technology Transformational Programs of work managing, motivating, mentoring and coaching large teams through major change.   John is a professional team mentor and workplace coach bringing out the best in people under all circumstances. He champions change, combining it with Continuous Quality Improvement, Agile, Stakeholder & Risk Management skills.   He is also a Career Transition and Project Management coach drawing on strengths from vast experience across many industries & sectors. John applies a 5 step Career Development Model to the career transition coaching covering assessing, exploring, developing skills, marketing self and performing.  With project management coaching John applies a PRIDE Model where he successfully coaches project managers into project leaders.    John was awarded the prestigious Dell Global Services NPS (Net Promoter Score) Award in 2012 for his role in leading a Global IT Transformation Program that delivered many business benefits to Rio Tinto a Global Mining organisation. He also won the Dell National Services Excellence Award (2011) for leading the Project Management Organisation (PMO) transformation through an Employee Excellence Program, consisting of changing the practice to reflect differing service models for customer projects based on size and complexity and also introducing a Regional Ideas Forum which later became a Centre of Excellence.
