Nowdays, emails are the most crucial part of any organization. There are plenty of applications available in online market, which helps users in exchanging their email messages. MDaemon is an email and shareware server, developed by Alt-N Technologies. A Windows supportive application, MDaemon supports spam filtering, sharing groupware data, WorldClient (a browser based email application), ActiveSync, synchronization with Outlook via MDaemon connector for Outlook. Outlook is an Office Manager, which supports all editions of Windows. A Microsoft product, it comes included within MS Office package. It includes emails, contacts, meeting and schedule calendar, journal, tasks, notes etc. Outlook, basically is an independent application, but can also work in combination with MS Exchange, SharePoint Server.

The latest edition is of MS Outlook is 2016, which is updated to have all the new features of : Group redesigning, cloud searching, link attachments to cloud resource, email address internationalization, help feature named Tell Me, folder cluttering etc.

Outlook saves all its data in .pst file, which is stored at :
