- Go inside the Outlook 2010 email application, then Right-click the "Outlook" folder to select "New Folder" from the context menu.
- Enter the name of a new folder in the "Name" box and click "OK". New Folder has been created.
- Now, Select the new folder. At this stage, the middle pane doesn't contain messages.
- Users can now select all the emails i.e. exported from Thunderbird in EML format. Use hold "Ctrl" and or press "Ctrl-A" to move multiple email items.
- Then, Click and drag the messages to the middle pane of MS Outlook and import them into the new folder. With completing import procedure, you would be able to see old emails of Thunderbird from MS Outlook interface.

- No option to save emails into Office 365 file format
