Disposal Distress

Frankly speaking, disposing computers or televisions or any other electronic equipment is a bad idea. Such items are manufactured with different harmful chemicals. Lead is one of the major chemical that is frequently used to manufacture computers and televisions. When Computer Disposal takes place these equipments get thrown away to the landfill or sea. Hi Dave

    Thank you for this post.

One more thing, perhaps corporate can do under their social corporate responsibility initiative is to continue to have 'trade-in' programs so that consumers can return their old devices/equipment to get the new one. Apple has just announced the trade-in program infact (https://www.mytechlogy.com/IT-blogs/1513/iphone-buyback-program-to-be-launched-by-apple/)

Managed disposal could have many advantages including minimal risk to environment, recycling etc..

    Regards

    Jit
