6. Give Name to newly created Outlook Profile

7. Click on OK to Confirm

8. By Default Add New Account dialogue box will open. Provide your email information and then click Next to proceed further

9. Click on Finish When the Outlook Profile Configuration Completes

3. Set Newly Created Outlook Profile Default Profiles

1. Open Up Control Panel

2. Click on All control panel

3. Mail Setup will open up

4. Click on Show Profiles

5. Make the Current Outlook Profile Default from drop down menu

6. Click on OK to Complete the process.

Solution 2:- Fix Outlook OST File Cannot be Accessed Error

Move Outlook Data from Default Location to Temporary Location to Fix Outlook Error 0x8004010F

There might be the possibility that User configured multiple accounts in Outlook. Then in such circumstances deleting Outlook profile and then create the new one is not possible. For such situations follows below-mentioned steps to fix error 0x8004010F

1. Open Outlook Application

2. Go to File Menu

3. In File Menu, go to Account Settings

4. In Account Settings, Click on Change Folder and Expand it using the + sign near to it.

5. Select Inbox Folder and then click on New Folder option to create a new temp folder. Provide name whatever you want to provide Click on OK to proceed

6. Select Folder that you have created recently and click OK. The default message delivery location changed to this folder from now onwards.

7. Revert back the location from temp folder to original location.

8. You have to start from the first step again. Click on Change Folder

9. Select Inbox and then click on OK to proceed further.

10. Then after close Account settings and click on send & receive

By following the above-mentioned steps you refresh the Outlook default
