Step 1: Installing Microsoft Azure AZCopy Software
  • Sign in with Office 365 credentials of your admin account
  • From left navigation panel, click on Data management >> Import

  • Import data into Office 365 wizard appears now, click on + symbol and you will get a drop-down menu catalog
  • Choose Upload data over the network alternative
  • From Upload files over the network display, select Show URL to copy the Shared Access Signature (SAS)

Step 2: Uploading PST File to Office 365 Account

  • Go to the link:
  • Sign in with your Office 365 email id
  • From left navigation display, select Data management >> Import
  • Import page is opened now, hit a click on Import
  • Now, click on + sign and select Upload data over the network
  • Choose the ‘I’m done uploading my files’ and now, in ‘I have access to the mapping file’ click on Next button
  • Enter a name for imported PST Import file and click on Next
  • Hit a click on the + symbol and go to the location where CSV file is created
  • Click on CSV >> Validate (check file errors here)
  • Understand the terms and conditions and then, hit a click on checkbox >> Finish
  • PST Import files are submitted now
  • For viewing the status of imported data files, click on import from navigation pane
