Laptops designed for gaming are getting popular each year with latest and powerful technology than ever before. Gaming laptops have powerful processors, powerful graphics card and the built up system as a whole that makes it perfect for gaming purposes. Intel and AMD are the two brands that are really good in the laptop market. Both these companies are really strong in competition, every year these brands produce good products that are best suited for the user needs. Before 2017 Intel was the more favourite one as compared to AMD but in 2017 AMD introduced its new Ryzen chips which standout of all the laptops with cheaper price as compared to other brands like Intel. AMD’s best laptop was about $300 while the Intel’s best laptop was about $530.

If we talk about the integrated graphics in both the laptops then AMD is better than the Intel one. The AMD chips’ models are Ryzen 5 2400G and Ryzen 3 2200G. These CPUs are cheaper in price as compared to Intel, highly efficient and are composed in thinner laptops as compared to Intel laptops.

Cons of this laptop are that they are of lower performance and has a less future proof. If there is a desktop then the processor of Intel and the graphics card of AMD makes the system a very good system for gaming. According to gaming laptops below is the comparison between the AMD and Intel.

In terms of price factor as price does play a vital role in choosing a suitable gaming laptop for you. If the budget is low then AMD Ryzen 3 and Intel Core i3 are the options. For this budget the AMD Ryzen 3 is way better then the Intel one, with cheap price and better performance. If the budget is mid range then there are Ryzen 5 and Intel Core i5. Both of these are really good for gaming laptops with a slight edge over each other. For example, according to frames per second the Intel Core i5 is better as compared to AMD Ryzen 5 but if we consider streaming processor then AMD Ryzen 5 is better.

If your budget is more than the mid range then the options for better gaming experience are Intel i7 and AMD Ryzen 7. For pure gaming purposes Intel Core i7 is better than the AMD Ryzen 7. If you are looking for a system that supports extreme gaming and budget is not an issue then for that there is Ryzen ThreadRipper 1920 X and Intel Core i9 7900X. Both of these high performing systems are great but the AMD Ryzen ThreadRipper 1920 X has an edge over the Intel i9 7900 X which is the better clock speed i.e 4.2Ghz. The Intel i9 7900 X has about 3.3Ghz of clock speed which goes maximum up to 4.3Ghz but the systems gets heated too quickly which is not a good thing so for this the AMD Ryzen ThreadRipper 1920 X wins the race for the best gaming laptop ever with better performance and cheaper price than the Intel systems.
