How to Create a Blog with SharePoint 2013

Blogs enables a corporate to easily share information among their employees, partners, or customers. Below are the quick details about how to create a SharePoint blog to share information.
Navigate to your Team Site where you want to create a blog and click the setting menu.
Navigate to your Team Site where you want to create a blog and click the setting menu.
On the settings menu select View site contents.
Now at the bottom of the page click new subsite.
Now type the name of your blog and an optional description and also type the end of the URL where you want to access the blog.
On the collaboration tab select the blog template.
Now you need to set user permissions, you can choose to inherit permissions from the parent site so that those same peoples who have access to the main site also have access to your blog. Or you can use unique permissions to choose the people that you want to give access to your blog/subsite. If you chose unique permissions then you need to setup permissions after creating the blog.
You can also chose for the blog to have its own top link bar or inherit it from the parent site.
Finally click the create button.
And the process starts now…
And here is your new blog.
