Have you realized the new tab appearing on Google Search Results
Yes!! Google has softly launched a Shopping tab in its search results. Well the search results in shopping is customized and includes the basic filters you find on any e-commerce initiative.
Though this is a very old product of Google, but I think Google is up for grabs of huge spending from E-Commerce houses with this aggressive push by making Shopping tab prominent.
Here is my first search experience with Shopping on Google "Canon 70"

After browsing for a while I visited the web search results to just find the shopping tab disappear.

Looks like it is a test release and the announcement would come soon. It is too early to predict to what extent the shopping search will help people find the right product.
