3 Most Useful FREE IPhone Apps - Image 1

With more and more people buying smart phones every day it has created a flood of applications into the Apple market. Most apps are designed to solve a certain problem or just to make smartphone life that little easier. There is literally an app for everything these days and even after one app is created hundreds more will follow in its footsteps. Governments are even giving grants to help app developers get their unique app set up. Here is my top 3 Applications that I think everyone should download.

Waze

Another great app has to be the traffic guru of ‘Waze’. This app has saved me more than you would imagine from speed cameras to heavy traffic this app does it all. It has access to real time traffic information and will also allows users to leave notes to exactly how heavy the traffic is. Apart from the obvious time saving with the knowledge of where the traffic is, the Waze app is also a navigation system that will direct you in the quickest route available. Not only can you see traffic and checkpoints you can also chat to other Waze users like a social network.

Google Translate

It might be one of the more obvious applications but it is by far the most useful for me on a daily basis. This will suit most people who are travelling to a foreign country or just have the need for translation. The app allows you to type in what you need translated or else speak using the siri function on the iPhone. I have once had to use this app when I was in a business meeting and the client spoke broken English however this app really did save me however next time I would just hire a Translation Agency.

Tempster

The Tempster application comes from an Irish man who has recently been seen on dragons den. The

app itself is a good build and has a more immediate take on the daily deals website. Tempster allows a

user to view deals in their vicinity and by simply clicking “I have arrived” it allows you to take advantage of

some of the deals. These deals don’t require you to pay money up front, which is great so unlike the daily

deals it allows you to have more freedom and see deals in your area.

With Applications on the rise and more being created everyday I will always have a place on my phone for any application that helps me get over everyday challenges.
