Our leading Pharmaceuticals client is looking for an experienced Application Manager to work specifically within an Application Portfolio Management (APM) software implementation project.

The role responsibilities include:

  • Comprehensive understanding of APM software (preferably 'casewise' but not essential) and project development lifecycle from strategy or pre-sales to live operation and support
  • Responsible for delivering presentations to key external stakeholders and internal customers
  • Maintain data on the platform within the repository ensuring it is correct, complete and up to date
  • Maintain and document the application roadmap including vendor dependencies
  • Validate supplier's estimations (cost and effort) to ensure realistic cost presented for approval: aligned with agreed budget, timescales and supplier SLA's (master service agreements).
  • Ensure that the application meets user requirements, integrates with existing infrastructure architecture and aligns with the company's standards and compliance.

The business is looking for a candidate with the following experience:

  • 3-5 years Application Management experience within Pharma or GxP environment
  • Experience in Change Management
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to drive user adoption
  • Ability to analysis technical data and form that into plan
  • Strong clear communication skillset both written and verb
