Assistant HR & Admin Manager
[Description] RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead a team and responsible for full range of HR & Admin tasks
Plan and execute recruitment activities in Hong Kong to attract the very right talents for the company
Monitor daily C&B administration tasks and process monthly payroll
Roll out training & development programs initiated by headquarters to cope with the corporate people development strategy
Organize various employee relations programs including CSR events, corporate culture programs, etc.
Review and develop HR policy & procedures and ensure its compliance to the HK Labour Ordinance
Monitor the Admin team on full spectrum of office administration tasks
Participate in any ad hoc projects as required

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree holder in Human Resources Management or above
8 - 14 years of HR and Administration experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience at supervisory level
Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
Well-organized, detail-oriented and good team player
Proficient computer skills in MS Office Application
Capable in conversational Japanese language (N3 or Above)
Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese

Salary details
USD 50000.00 to USD 80000.00
