Sales Executive (Modern Trade)
[Description] Your new role
Your role reports directly to the Sales Manager. Your main responsibilities include:
Develop a field area operational plan, setting objective, goals to achieve competitively superior growth and market share performance, exceeds sales and expense control targets
Keeps the merchandising team focus on bringing added value services to customers as a source of competitive advantage and a desire to win in the marketplace.
Develops effective merchandising quality, maintaining good service level and eliminating OOS (Out of Stock) at all times
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role, you will need to have:
At least 1-3 years of Sales experience in FMCG
Experience in field sales with consistent success in field sales management
Good and proven leadership skills
