Regional Director of Marketing - SEA
[Description] Your new role
Develop consumer-relevant, marketing plans which drives new and repeat consumer traffic. Engage Product Development and Merchandising team members to ensure consumer relevance, timeliness and effective execution.
Ensure proper, cost-effective execution and project management of all tactical communication, marketing, and promotional initiatives. Develop respective project timelines and manage deliverables against marketing and promotions calendars, budgets, and programs.
Utilize trade area knowledge and insight to recommend targeted marketing programs.
Data & Analytics
Leverage working knowledge of Retail consumer analytics, branding and continually identify and recommend marketing strategies and tactics to increase traffic, build customer loyalty and drive sales within retail locations via market knowledge.
Manage the marketing process; including sales analysis, identifying trends, reviewing research, facilitating ideation and the creation of brand marketing materials.
Evaluate success and ROI on marketing programs
Responsible for managing the on-going development of the team.
Promote and foster a team atmosphere that results in strong communication and partnerships within the company.
What you'll need to succeed
10 - 15 years’ job specific experience, with minimum 5 years of leadership experience across the APAC region
Bachelor’s degree in marketing / business, if you have a MBA that is preferred
Retail / FMCG experience essential as very fast paced
Highly motivated individual with proven experience in driving specialty retail traffic
Merchandising and product portfolio management skills
Proven track record of success within retail environment
Solid experience leading high performing teams & developing talent
Proven project Management skills
