[Description] Our client is looking to hire a Technical Support Engineer for Level 3 support on Motion and Control. More experienced people will be hired at Senior level. This is a permanent role.

Job Scopes:
- To achieve highest level of training on a specific product range (eg Motion, -
- Redundancy, Advanced Software etc)
- Accept tickets from level 1 and 2, perform in-depth research on technical issues
- Identify problems and troubleshoot to solve it
- Manage the resolution process and parties involved
- Coaching for level 1 and 2 engineers
- Work with departments to promote product, knowledge and quality
- Act as supervisor when need arises
- Assist in sales growth

Requirements:
- 1 or more years’ experience as technical support or field engineer. Those with more experience and skill set necessary for Senior engineer
- With industrial automation control engineering
- Computer HW knowledge, peripheral devices, Windows o/s, apps, Lotus Notes
- Understand Communications such as Serial RS232/485, Ethernet, Modbus, DH+, Controlnet
- ODBC, OPC, ActiveX, VB, C++
- Programming control systems strategies (Function Block Diagrams, Sequence flow control diagrams , Ladder logic
- Understand process control
- Degree in Mechatronics, IT or Computer Science

Salary details
USD 60000.00 to USD 80000.00
