Report to: Regional Sales Manager, NEAsia based in Hong Kong

Hiring company is a world leading provider of products and solutions for residential kitchens and bathrooms, professional foodservice, coffee preparation, kitchen sinks, faucets and accessories.
• Formulate business strategies, revise & develop countries Sales, Product & Marketing Plans together with Country local Distributors / Partners aligned with HQ ambition
• Research & understand market dynamics, collecting critical market / business information and participate in strategic direction definition
• Review & assess Distributor’s country sales & marketing operations maturity, understand key gaps and present optimization / transformation plans
• Analyse & review Distributor’s country sales & marketing key performance indicators and optimisation project progress, proactively generating & driving action plans to assure achievement of desired results, milestones & performance
• Execute the business planning and programs to maximize business growth and brand equity
• Responsible for company's sales and revenue with long term business development
• Set & achieve Quarterly & Yearly sales targets and product targets, drive sales and increase customer database & flow
• Develop, monitor, review and report on all sales and marketing activities and results to NEAsia Sales Manager
• Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' needs
• Build Long-term relationships with new prospective clients and existing customers
• Responsible for Korea business P&L
• Travelling is required within States of Korea
Job Requirements:
• Degree with business / marketing related discipline preferred at least with 10 years in a sales / business development role with Kitchen Equipment / Sanitary Ware industry preferred
• Good understanding of the sales & marketing operational framework and dynamics for a successful go-to-market
• Proven sales track record
• Proficient in MS Office – Excel / Powerpoint / Word is required
• Ability to work in multi-national environment, leveraging & building on differences
• Dynamic, strong interpersonal skills, leadership, communication / presentation skills, ability to develop & maintain relationships based on trust
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Strong & effective negotiation skill
• Positive & Good Working Attitude
• Possess strong determination & perseverance attributes
• Strong network contacts with dealerships and retailers and project partners
