About The Opportunity
What youll do
Ensure that daily operations of the site are supported by efficient and robust IT support
Incident / Request ticket resolution to SLA through global Service Desk
Maintain KB articles as relevant to ticket resolution and research completed
Operating local infrastructure in line with global standards and incooperation with global support teams
Operation of local site in line with ITCC
Upgrading infrastructure in line with global standards on life cycle management and in cooperation with global support teams
Training end users in internal standards global ways of working
Training end users in security awareness
Maintain 100% compliance with Software licensing at supported location/locations
Administration of logon accounts where automated provisioning processes do not exist
Management of applications / equipment not under global support process
Local data backup and recovery process
Local operational costs management, such as telephony, maintenance contracts
Refer any request for IT products that fall outside of defined standards to IT Manager and assist with request process into Build Function hopper process
Relevant Degree or Equivalent Experience
Minimum of 1 year IT Support experience in a Global Manufacturing Environment
Certifications in the products used within Driveline
Experience working in a multi-country user support model
Experience working with ITIL transition management
