Interface with cross process teams and organizationsPolaris, Supply Chain, Transportation, and Intercompany Lead / participate in daily discrepancy resolution meetings with 3rd Party Logistics Providers Resolve systematic and process discrepancies identified which have potential to impact cycle time and customs compliance Systematically resolve exceptions as needed Interface with Trade Compliance to ensure accurate and timely customs documentation Communicate and work with GOS and/or COMs team on incident investigation and resolution Identify potential discrepancies proactively and work to resolve in a timely manner Coordinate reviews with GOS team regarding IDOC failures Initiate problem tickets for GOS when root cause solution is needed Develop and Monitor Operational and metric based reports Provide central support for OUS locations for critical issue identification and escalation Develop Documentation as appropriate Assist with questions and train SAP users as needed Preferred - SAP experience
Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position and provides best practicing sharing within work group. Works with client to analyze and define the business process that needs an IT solution. Identifies and documents high-level requirements, maps future state of the solution, and ensures the system/solution meets business and user requirements. Responsibilities: Document and map business process and requirements for the future state of the IT solution. Identify and understand the end users need. Facilitate the business process redesign and documentation as needed.
