Core contributor into the global marketing strategy plan and competitive positioning, owning and driving the implementation of this across the APAC region across loyalty, digital and brand marketing
Developing and implementing organic growth and new customer acquisition initiatives, performing market segmentation analysis to provide insight as to customer and market needs
Providing the planning and leadership to the APAC Marketing function by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed in order to meet and exceed the goals of the APAC Marketing plan in line with the appropriate growth strategy
Developing the annual APAC marketing plan for the organisation; for strategic market planning; market research programmes; market and competitive positioning activity, and control of the marketing budget
Own and drive lead generation, campaigns and events across the region adopting a robust and well-coordinated marketing calendar to ensure effective scheduling and maximisation of ROI
Developing and executing a cohesive and joined up APAC marketing communications strategy and approach to support client acquisition and retention
Developing and implementing the Brand strategy across the region ensuring consistent communication of image and positioning
Overseeing the execution of advertising, sponsorship, digital marketing, campaigns, events, social marketing, loyalty programme across APAC countries and region as a whole


15 years' marketing experience across brand marketing, digital and loyalty marketing
Proven track-record of leading and managing loyalty programs, large-scale, marketing initiatives
Experienced in driving digital and loyalty programme is a must
Past experience in leading and executing on regional/cross-markets marketing programme
Team management experience is a must
Excellent command of English; Chinese preferred (Mandarin or Cantonese)
Salary details
USD 150000.00 to USD 170000.00
