Sales Manager Job (Industrial Process Instruments), Samutprakarn, Thailand
[Description] The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the P & L of the Division. Provide a functional guidance to for sales and marketing department to deliver a business growth for the company. This position will be reporting to the General Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Establish business development in country/region and exceeding target.
• Develop and manage distributor channel.
• Manage sales department on all aspects including all aspects; sales strategic planning, and sales activities, P/L statement, sales incentive plans and operation result.
• Establish P&L forecast and projections.
• Manage sales project and attend all project meeting and Bid Clarification.
• Negotiate company contracts and inbound orders base on terms and conditions, acceptable payments term and profits margins.

Job Requirements

• BSc/BA in engineering, business any related field
• 3 years of leadership and management experience.
• Proven industrial sales experience preferably in equipment or industrial tools/equipment industry.
• Proven experience selling through Distributor
channel, with ability to sell directly to end user.
• Fluency in English
• Able to work in Samutprakarn area.
Salary details
USD 20000.00 to USD 30000.00
