Senior Manager CRM & Marketing [Description] You will be responsible for linking strategic business and marketing needs from across APAC to CRM capabilities, analytics and tools. This role would interact with internal clients, helping craft CRM solutions to serve the needs of the organization, communicating the capabilities and functions of the CRM group, and presenting output from the CRM strategy and analysis group to senior management.
A team player, you will work closely with the Directors of Regional Marketing, CRM & Marketing Science Team, Customer Promotions, Partnerships, and other business partners. This will include proactively communicating and seeking out uses and needs for customer analytic capabilities across the organization, and serving as a liaison between CRM and the various marketing groups in the region.
This is a hands-on role requiring a great deal of independence, maturity and commercial mindedness. You have at least 10 – 12 years of experience in the CRM arena with direct marketing agencies or client organisations.
You are analytical and hone clear communication and presentation skills. Above all else, you are a hands-on operator with the acumen and maturity to influence and command the ear of senior business managers.
