Business Analyst – Change Management Lead (Prestigious Private Bank) [Description] Responsibilities: – Lead all phases of the project, including project initiation, analysis and research, requirements gathering, proposal of solutions; as well as leading UAT, end user training and implementation / project roll-out. – High profile role working closely with end users, stakeholders / senior managers and devs for project planning, leading business meetings, project status reports etc.
Requirements: – Minimum 5+ years’ BA experience, including: • data collection, analysis and documentation; • project management, execution and change management & delivery; • UAT testing, end user training and support; • project execution and delivery, roll out, integration and change management; – Strong track record managing and delivering projects in Banking & Finance (preferably Private Banking systems such as Custody or Fund Services). – Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (a plus). – Practical project management experience, knowledge of principles / methodologies; relevant certifications a plus. – Bachelor degree from a reputable institution.
