Finance Manager (APAC-Travel Retail)
[Description] Responsibilities:

Participate in the budget process of one or several departments and ensure costs follow-up
Take part in the plan, budget and trends for the department(s)
Ensure the correct allocation of expenses by analysing consistency between budget trends and actions
Ensure expenditures follow-up
Take part in costs optimisation
Produce the monthly reporting and KPIs within his/her area of responsibility
Calculate accruals and prepaid expenses
Ensure the correct allocation of expenses by analysing consistency between budget trends, actions taken by the managers and expenditures follow-ups
Provide advises to Brand Manager ( Marketing Manager, Sales Manager) on sales productivity and analysis
Assist in Brand Controlling on daily and monthly procedures and reporting

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years finance experience minimum preferably in management accounting/ finance analyst role
Strong analytical & Good communication skills
Pleasant, mature, Self-motivated, able to work in a Team
Willing to learn, Rigorous, goal oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure
Proficient in PC application SAP, MS Office & Excel (V-lookup and PivotTable)
Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Salary details
USD 50000.00 to USD 80000.00
