Learning & Development Manager | IT industry [Description] About the role
Directly report to Head of HR Partner with divisional heads and senior management in training needs analysis and responsible for the design of various Learning & Development programmes for HK as well as other APAC regions Lead and design the high impact leadership program and talent management planning Proactively communicate with executives, human resources, and board management to further the vision of developing talent, fostering employee engagement, and building the technical and leadership capabilities needed to drive the success Improve employee engagement and communication by developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives and proper communication channels, e.g. Well-being activities, Annual Dinner etc.
About the person
Degree holder of human resources or other business related discipline With 10 years experience in managing end to end learning cycle preferably in sizeable organisations Proven management, coaching and presentation skills Demonstrated ability in strategic/ high level planning and development Ability to effectively engage, negotiate and maintain partnerships with senior stakeholders Well command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
