Rewards Manager, APAC [Description] Reporting directly to the Regional HR Director, you are responsible for the salary and benefits review, development of salary structure, pay analysis, market benchmark. Streamline and implement global C&B guidelines with in-country benchmarks. Handles job leveling across organisation and working closely with the HR in-country teams.
As the Subject Matter Expert, you must be experienced in running the Performance and Total Rewards portfolio, which also includes leading the design and implementation of the Total Rewards and Workforce Analytics programs across the region.
You are the custodian for the Performance framework and policies across the region. Manage Annual Performance Cycle for APAC during Goal Settings and Annual Reviews. Conduct APAC benefits review analysis and work closely with local markets to develop gap analysis and propose recommendations.
As part of the people strategy, you will gather and analyse workforce information, bench marking and trends that will identify the areas for improvements and alignment. You will analyse competitive trends in compensation and benefits such as to lead and conduct salary review exercise, salary bench marking, annual performance and rewards exercise. Develop, implement and review procedures to monitor and review salary policy, guidelines and streamlining work processes. Perform job analysis and evaluation for each job position and prepare data and participate in surveys and reviews of data.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 8 to 10 years of C&B experience with a good track record in developing and implementing compensation & benefits strategies/ programs in SEA or APAC region.
