Assistant HR Manager (Regional)
[Description] We are now seeking for an ASSISTANT HR MANAGER (REGIONAL)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform all rounded HR duties for the operation in Hong Kong and across Asia
Work closely with retail directors and area managers on developing HR strategy to cope with the business growth
Conduct end to end recruitment activities for both office and front-line operations
Verify monthly payroll process for operations across the region
Lead annual HR practice of survey & benchmarking, salary review, performance appraisal, etc.
Prepare annual HR costing and budgeting, and generate different HR reports for management review
Plan and organize employee relations activities
Participate in any ad hoc HR projects as required

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
Minimum of 8 years of solid HR experience gained from the retail sector
Regional HR experience would be an advantage
Familiar with labor ordinance across the APAC region
Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills
Proficient computers skills in MS Office Applications
Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
Applicants with less experience will be considered as Senior HR Executive
Salary details
USD 40000.00 to USD 70000.00
