Head of Marketing / Consumer product RUP
[Description] Responsibilities

Department head position, define the brand strategy and positioning as well as the long term development of the brand for the Greater China business
Plan and ensure the the marketing events, campaigns as well as collaboration and promotions are executed on time
Evaluate the campaigns effectiveness
Control and make best use of marketing budget
Work closely with operations, supply chain and finance departments in supporting the brand development
Support on in-store merchandising function

Requirements

Bachelor degree in marketing or related discipline
At least 10 years of solid marketing experience, preferred in F&B, FMCG or consumer marketing
4As agency background is highly preferred
Strong in American brand and culture
Excellent planning with business vision and able to develop long term marketing strategy for the brand
Travel is required
Fluency in American English and Chinese is a must
Salary details
USD 80000.00 to USD 150000.00
