Spearheads the development, implementation and communications of Architecture Roadmap Strategies to ensure that technical systems are scalable, reliable, secure, supportable, and achieve Business and IT performance and budgetary objectives. Leads cross-functional team efforts to define Architecture roles for strategic and tactical projects to ensure that alignment to Architecture Roadmap strategies are achieved. Provide guidance to IT Development teams on Architectures Framework, Patterns, Best Practices, approved Technologies, and tools/solutions. Lead a continuous assessment process to ensure that systems are achieving contractual metrics and IT objectives. Lead communication effort to ensure that Applications and Infrastructure leaders are fully knowledgeable of new technologies, tools and solutions and their impact to their organizations. Lead the Architecture assessment and communications for system retirements and migrations to new platforms. Establish solid relationships with approved vendors and industry analysts and lead their Product Demonstrations and Proof of Concepts for the business leaders to ensure that ESI is knowledgeable of the latest technology trends.
Build & maintain a broad enterprise identity & access management architecture to improve security and maintain compliance for Express Scripts Develop process and technology changes necessary to integrate the many facets of identity & access management into a single, cohesive approach Build technology & migration plans for evolution of access (e.g., from password-based to broad multi-factor; evolution of federation in a cloud-based application world) Collaborate with individual technology engineering teams to deliver an integrated, continuous process & technology environment for managing enterprise identity & access Communicate to socialize strategy, application, and implementation of key I&AM standards and technologies among infrastructure & application development teams Bottom line:serve as a well-respected technical leader in a great organization
Bachelors degree in related field or 14 to 18 years of experience. 8-12 years relevant experience with Bachelors Degree or Masters degree and 6-10 years of relevant experience. Broad knowledge & experience (~5 years) in enterprise identity & access management process & technology, including identity management, multi-factor authentication & authorization, federation, enterprise group management, access management, provisioning, runtime (AAA) services, and controls / assurance Expertise in automating access request, provisioning, revalidation, and access review in a complete identity lifecycle across infrastructure platforms & applications Knowledge and application of identity & access management standards / compliance & controls frameworks (NIST, SOC1, SOC2, ISO27000, etc.) Ability to work collaboratively, influence, and manage time among multiple technology engineering teams to achieve a common architectural goal Experience in operating as an architect in an agile development environment Specific technologies preferred: RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle, CyberArk, ActiveDirectory, Oracle Access Manager, ServiceNow integration
