[Description] The Individual Fundraising Manager will be responsible for developing individual fundraising
strategic plan of all multiple channels such as face-to-face (F2F) fundraising,
merchandizing, digital fundraising, telemarketing, direct mail, and etc. This
person will supervise 2 people and will report directly to the Fundraising and
Marketing Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop individual fundraising strategic plan of all multiple channels such as Face-to-face Fundraising, Merchandizing, Digital Fundraising, Telemarketing, DRTV, Mobile fundraising, Direct mail.
• Monitor and control cost related marketing of all individual fundraising channels to ensure all individual fundraising will generate revenue as planned.
• Monitor the implementation of each channel of Individual Fundraising to ensure the achievement of all targets agreed. Along the implementation process, take action monitoring and evaluation, and projection to ensure the plan is adjusted properly and on timely manner.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders, who are Conservation, Marketing and Communication, vendors, and agencies to ensure the integrated individual fundraising plan is adopted by all concerned to guarantee the organization’s target is achievable.
• Report the performance of Individual Fundraising Programme required to all relevant stakeholders who are donors,
INT, network and the country office.
• Take initiatives, adopt innovation to support fundraising by utilization of advance technologies, such as payment technology, and social media tools that fit to lifestyle of people etc., to ensure individual fundraising plan will be achieved with high quality and on timely manner
• Stay alert of all conservation movement, and the public interest in order to be able to analyse opportunities and risks to identify attractive channels (events, products, activities, printing products, and etc.) to maximize the number of donors and maintain the sense of partnership of current donors.
• Develop strategy in retaining donors by development of donor database, and donor relationship activities to ensure the acceptable attrition rate.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or in relevant fields.
• At least 5 years in marketing and sales management with a proven record of achievement
• At least 1 years’ experience in management of Marketing and Sale Team or Business Development
• One years as team leader of sales or fundraising team
• Has a passion working for non-profit organization
• Demonstrable fundraising experience
• Fluent English communication
• Highly organized and excellent coordination skills, able to proactively identify and organize resources for providing support to team members
Salary details
USD 20000.00 to USD 30000.00
