[Description] Join a leading financial services solutions firm looking for a Client Support Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate should have 2 - 5 years of experience, have strong knowledge in FIX, clear understanding of escalation pathways, have excellent communication skills in English, and also have strong troubleshooting skills. Responsibilities:

Work with business (Traders) as first line of technical contact, and to understand and analyse the relayed problems and work towards finding a solution.
Solve trade related issues via FIX protocol
Incident Management resolution process
Escalate issues on priority basis
Proactive in monitoring and management of business-critical systems, legacy applications.

Required Skills:

FIX Protocol
OMS/EMS
SQL
Some sort of scripting (could be shell, batch, powershell etc)
Excellent communication skills in English
Salary details
USD 40000.00 to USD 70000.00
