[Description] Responsibilities:

• In-depth analysis on member database, including spending behaviour, marketing campaign effectiveness, to identify customers’ needs and preference to further improve sales and member engagement
• Lead the overall business data analytics with the objective of enhancing the mall’s business performance
• Develop data management framework, design data structure, establish data definition and quality standard
• Manage and provide business analysis results, report, dashboard for strategy planning and decision making
• Handle ad-hoc business requests on information or data analysis


• Degree holder in Business Administration / Statistics / Information System or related disciplines
• At least 8 years’ relevant experience in data management, CRM or data analytics
• Experience in Retail / FMCG / Shopping Mall / Operation highly preferred; Research agency background welcomed
• Knowledge in SQL and solid experience with BI/ reporting tools (i.e. Cognos, Tableau, SAS, SPSS, etc)
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Detail-oriented with good organising and analytical skills
Salary details
USD 50000.00 to USD 80000.00
