[Description] Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia is recruiting on behalf of a highly respected client, which is globally recognized insurance experts, known for paving the way for creative and innovative insurance products for private and corporate consumers.

Key job responsibilities include:

Recruitment & Employer Branding
• Develop and implement the overall recruitment and employer branding strategy with the alignment of Strategic Work Force Planning, budget and business objectives.
• Ensure effectiveness of design and implementation of attraction activities for both proactive sourcing (pipeline and critical positions database/pool) and vacancies.
• Collaborates and partners with the HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers and the Regional Attraction team to forecast the future staffing needs capabilities and quantity.
• Proactively conduct market research to develop knowledge of current external industry/market/competitor trends and concurrently develops internal knowledge of the business.
• Involve in strategic planning and development of the capacity planning and staffing function. Forecasts potential impacts to operations and ability to meet service goals for all activities.
• Initiate activities for the deployment of employer branding in the market. Work directly with the HR stakeholders to adopt common EVP elements, localise EVP materials, manage changes needed to reflect the EVP, and manage a consistent and cohesive brand image.
• Communicate the organisation’s Value Proposition by understanding and utilizing candidate’ varied interest to tailor marketing messages to be as compelling and persuasive as possible.
• Acts as an employer brand ambassador and helps to drive candidate interest in career opportunities.
• Continuously measure the recruitment turnaround including Hiring Manager and candidates’ satisfaction rate and take the relevant steps to enhance/elevate the services.

Drive and facilitate Strategic Workforce Planning (SWFP)
• Lead and drive the SWFP agenda for group in line with business priorities.
• Engage Business Leaders / EXCO / People Manager to launch SWFP exercise including onboarding entities, ensuring the right skillsets at local level and following through the action plans with HRBP.
• Embed, implement and maintain SWFP as part of the HR BAU processes.

Lead the HR Analytics and People Matrix Initiatives and Implementation
• Responsible for end-to-end HR transformation projects including but not limited to proposal on HR interventions and initiatives, people metrics, reporting, advanced and predictive analytics.
• Supports the Human Resource leadership team to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help propose and influence continuous improvement/changes to the operations, process or programs.
• Utilizes technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze company-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed.
• Communicates findings to senior management via formal presentations, standard management reporting on periodic/quarterly/annual basis.
• Serves as the domain expert for human capital analytics.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts across the HR service areas (learning and development, talent management, recruitment, compensation & benefits) to promote data governance, improve overall strategic and operational performance and insight.
• Works as the key representative to the external benchmarks and key surveys supporting the HR function.
• Conduct research, analysis and ideas to the development of HR continuous improvement in order to ensure that HR initiatives are appropriately integrated and aligned with strategic and business goals.
• Design and deliver change management strategies, processes and interventions that support the organizational ambition to be the Employer of Choice.
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement through internal diagnosis, process/system reviews in order to understand barriers and possible solutions; conducting external research into good and best practices.
• To participate in project as and when required.
• To participate in the Business Continuity Process as part of the BCP team members/Department Leader.

Drive and facilitate the Culture Transformation and HR Transformation
• Facilitate in building the renewed company culture across the company and be the overall in-charge of the consistent Culture stories/key messaging communication and ensure it’s aligned with business strategy.
• Partner with L & D to revamp the Culture training materials and ensure all senior leaders are certified Culture trainer / ambassador
• Create and implement Product Ambassador Program across Company.
• Lead and follow the Culture actions and ensure it effectiveness.
• Lead the HR transformation initiative and ensure objective being met.

Job Requirements
• Degree in any field, Master holder in Human Resources would be an added advantage
• Minimum of 10 years working experience in and/or similar role/capacity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and great team player
• Proficient in all employment related act, regulations and guidelines
• A transformation leader with excellent influencing and coaching skills and proven people management skills
• Excellent relationship building skills, with a strategic mindset
• Substantial HR experience (operational and strategic) in unionized environment.
• Excellent command in speaking and writing English
