[Description] An SEO Manager will play an integral role in systematize and organize SEO efforts consisting of on-page and off-page optimization and keyword expansion and development strategy ensuring that content and the tech platform are search-engine friendly and optimized to increase our company’s profitability. The winning candidate will lead a team and support all aspects of digital post-production to successfully send the right message to the audiences while maintain global brands’ identity.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute successful SEO strategies for all sites in the company’s portfolio
• Conduct keyword research to guide content teams
• Review technical SEO issues to recommend prioritized fixes for the Engineering team
• Lead Best Practice initiatives to optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy
• Direct ethical off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building) that will not jeopardize good standing with Search Engines
• Collect data and report regularly on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects
• Work with social media and Performance Marketing (PPC) teams to optimize SEM campaigns
• Keep abreast of industry SEO trends, tools, and strategies
• Proactively provide consistent reporting and feedback of results and challenges to global stakeholders

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as SEO Manager, SEM Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience with SEO reporting and ability to calculate SEO metrics
• Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong organizational, problem solving and leadership skills working across departments and regions (Bangkok, San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles, etc.)
• Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude
• BSc/BA in Marketing, Business or related field
• Able to travel to India for year rounded trips
• Must be Thai National

USD 20000.00 to USD 30000.00
