[Description] The Country Sales Manager, who will be setting the department strategy for construction and tooling business units for the company in Thailand. The manager is responsible for the development, management, and implementation of online sale and sale management system. Job Responsibilities

• Grow our none-chemical business by identifying business opportunity and setting up business operations.
• Responsible for 2 major departments; construction and tooling. Build network of agents/distributors in Thailand
• Manage profit loss of none chemical unit and make sure that the unit meet company’s targets.
• Liaise with all our agents and customers in maintaining sales forecasts and project lists, and ensuring regular communication)
• Establish technical support capabilities to assist agents/distributors and customers in the region
• Lead general marketing activities such as organizing exhibitions/training, brand-building and product promotion
• Identify potential acquisition targets and / or joint venture partners
• Recruit and supervise Technical Sales Representatives in certain Asia Pacific markets.
• Identify and develop potential sources of products and service for domestic distributors.
• Complete business projects and special assignments with MD.
• Identify, contact and enter into preliminary discussions with potential joint-venture partners and/or acquisition targets;
• Identify and develop new products and sources for our brand;
• Interview, recruit and supervise technical sales representatives for certain target countries; and
• Actively participate in strategic planning/direction decisions.
• Initiate and develop long-term business transformation for a sustainable growth.
• Focus on digital transformation and e-commerce channel development.
• Build new propositions with existing customers and identify new sustainable business opportunities.
• Set out sales targets in cooperation with Sales Directors and Managers
• Supervise, develop and coach teams.
• Provide professional and helpful customer service and problem solving to gain customer loyalty & long-term partnership

Job Requirements

• Thai nationality, age 30 to 49 years old preferred
• Minimum 10 years selling and business development experience in construction, agricultural, and tooling industry.
• Must demonstrate successful experience selling construction system, material, tooling, and equipment.
• Positive track record to select suppliers/distributors and negotiate distribution agreements.
• Entrepreneurial flair with self-driven winning personality and a Can do attitude
• Willing to be ‘hands-on’ to help out wherever necessary
• Excellent command of English language, both spoken and written
• University graduate, in a technical discipline preferably Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
• Skilled user of Microsoft Office products

USD 20000.00 to USD 30000.00
