Senior HR Specialist (Regional Role)
[Description] About the Role:

Main Focus on HK and Macau with regional exposure

Responsible for C&B management , performance management, employee engagement activities, and provides proactive employee relations, support on recruitment etc.

Partner with and advises managers in matters of policies, practices and procedures for the organisation to ensure uniformity of application of company policy and compliance with current regulations
Perform payroll functions, assist in annual salary review, analysis of market bench marking and commission scheme

Conduct regular internal and external bench marking exercises and analysis for sales staff

Lead and drive employee opinion survey and employee focus group, provide insights and suggestion to the related business unites

About the People :

Bachelor Degree Holder in HRM or related discipline
Proactive and fast-paced, flexible and able to takes up challenges
At least 5 years of experience gained in related field especially from retail/luxury retail/ FMCG ,generalist background with strong focus in C&B
With knowledge with HRIS system
Fluent in English and Chinese

Less experienced candidates will be considered as HR Officer
