About the role

Our business has exploded over the last 18 months, experiencing a triple-digit annual growth rate! As a result we need your help to deliver our high-quality operational finance services to a range of growth-focussed businesses. As a client advisor, you will be responsible understanding the client's business and providing them with useful insights from their financial information.

Your role will consist of:

Responsible for ensuring the quality and timely delivery of bookkeeping services, by managing and reviewing a team of accountants & bookkeepers; Maintain a strong relationship with a portfolio of clients by managing queries, questions and assisting with problem solving; Prepare and confidently deliver cash flow, budgeting and other management reporting tools to your portfolio of clients; Coach and mentor bookkeeping team members; Improvement of and ensuring adherence to internal processes and procedures;

About you

Our ethos is to deliver real data that matters to SMEs. In order to be successful, you will have an understanding of how technology impacts business and the importance having information to make smarter decisions.

Ideally, you will also possess the following:

3+ years experience in Public Practice accounting, managing teams, budgets and client delivery; Comprehensive understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles; CPA or CA (desired); Experience with using Xero, ReceiptBank QuickBooks Online and other cloud accounting software packages; Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written; Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast moving environment;
