Software Test Lead
Based in Bristol

The work is project led, rather than product led which means that you will have a good variety of blue-chip clients to work with and will have superb opportunities to work on a range of different technologies.
Working with a varied portfolio of global clients, the ideal candidate will be comfortable in speaking directly to the end client so will have excellent communication skills.
Following an Agile approach with solid development practices, youll work in close collaboration with a team of software developers and will have some demonstrable experience in leading a test team as well as taking on a Test Manager duties yet still remaining very hands on. You will have the experience to help take the testing practice to the next level through client engagement and the delivery of innovative testing services.
You will be truly passionate about technology, ideally active in local/national groups and meet-ups, and will act as an evangelist for the team - inspiring and encouraging members of the team.
The ideal candidate will have:
A passion for, as well as demonstrable experience in, testing softwareYou will be able to quickly adapt and learn new technologies on the jobKnowledge of one or more of Java, C#.NET, JavaScript, JUnit, TestNG, HTML, CSS, SQLExperience with end-to-end test automation, eg. Selenium, Jasmine, ProtractorExperience of Continuous Integration systemsExposure to the full software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologyExperience of context-driven testing principlesIf this sounds like you, then please send your CV to me today as the hiring manager is ready to interview!!
