Senior Systems/Software Engineer

To fill this position, you should have met the following requirements:

An MS/MA in engineering, computer science, mathematics or physics and 8 years of technical experience at the systems level in DoD projects; or
A BS/BA engineering, computer science, mathematics, or physics and 10 years of technical experience at the systems-level in DoD projects; or
15 years or more experience in the software development of ashore and/or afloat C4I systems

* The experience listed above should have been focused on software development

Current experience in Unix (Solaris), C, C++, Windows, XWindows, JAVA/JAVAEE, and SQL-based systems)
Experience with formal testing and knowledge of IEEE 12207 testing standards
Experience with Services oriented Architecture (SOA) and Web Services, including the following standards, protocols and styles used for Web services development :

Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP), Uniform Resource Identifier (URI), Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions (MIME), Extensible Markup Language (XML), Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), Universal Description Discovery and Integration (UDDI), and Representational State Transfer (REST).
