Job Description:

- Implement Scrum based practices within multiple IT projects and help standardize Scrum practice.
- Assessing the Scrum maturity of the team, organizing and coaching the team to higher level of maturity.
- Setting up processes, dashboards, and stories in Jira.
- Teach teams on daily standups, building appropriate engineering metrics like burn down charts, velocity metrics, resource capacity metrics, etc. and standardize them across all engineering groups.
- Supporting and educating the Product Owner especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
- Guiding the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Assisting with internal communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
- Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments.
Required Experience:
1) B.S. required
2) 5 years job related experience
3) Skill-sets/experience - Xilinx, Altera, FPGA design and implementation, use of MATLAB tools
4) Preferred skill-sets - Well versed in digital signal processing as it relates to satellite communications. Certified Scrum Trainer or a Certified Enterprise Coach Experience playing the Scrum Master role as a practitioner for more than 5 years
