- Should include RPG Knowledge.

- Should have a very good knowledge on iSeries concepts and programming on CL/400, RPG/400, SQL/400 and DB2/400

- Software Coding and Unit Testing should be in line with Technical Design and Functional Specification

- Experienced in working on Batch Processing, Reports and multiple interfaces to AS400

- Must be able to work independently and possess excellent communication and analytical skills

- Able to undertake business requirements analysis and specification development themselves

- Provide operational and technical support documentation

- Deliver software development in line with agreed time scales

- Should have good communications skills (to interact with team and clients)
