Senior Social Content Strategist
Deliver and execute a best in class Social Media strategy for the African and Middle East social communities while creating short and longform social content through collaboration across the marketing organisation.
Develop and execute country social content strategy aligned to our One Sage approach. Spanning from brand insight and audience targeting, through to budgeting and content creation
Creating and executing a local editorial calendar that delivers fresh, useful, compelling and innovative content aligned with the global content calendar.
Manage and grow an engaged community across multiple social platforms Establish relevant hashtags, platforms, forums to increase conversations and share of voice locally
Executing the bosting of high performance organic social content.
Maintaining a strong working relationship with the global social team to ensure alignment to the global strategy, tools and optimisation opportunities
Working with the marketing team, creating short form and long form content supporting key programs through organic social.
Providing guidance to local and global stakeholders on social strategy; governing local adherence and providing regular reporting to support this cadence.
Identifying and engaging with key local social media communities.
Identifying, building and managing a community of external influencers.
Steering the social selling initiative for the internal stakeholders.
Coordinating the personal brand side of the social selling programme for internal stakeholders, based on the Global strategy.
Providing support for sales teams for Social selling, through supporting materials, and planning & delivering trainings
Communicate and socialise strategy across internal stakeholders
Drive social employee advocacy through training, competitions and enablement programs.
Skills, know-how and experience:
Must have 10 years marketing experience, with 3 years of social media profiles management
Must have content creation experience
Must Have Experience in building a network of influencers
Preferred Experience in using Social Media tech solutions
Preferred Experience in using Hootsuite from Salesforce
Experience in driving social employee advocacy
Proficiency in English language, verbal and written

Technical / professional qualifications:
Digital background
Degree in business/marketing desirable
