A fantastic international law firm are looking for an experienced IT Trainer for a busy role within their Birmingham office. This is a fantastic full-time permanent opportunity that will require you to have an excellent knowledge of the area as well as a fantastic work ethic and a real drive to become part of a close-knit team. Reporting into the Training Manager, you will ideally possess MCT qualifications and must have experience within the following duties:
Professional group and one-on-one training with all individuals across the business including IT inductions and on-going support Creation and implementation of suitable employee surveys in relation to the businesses IT function as well as update training manuals and handouts Upkeep with all new and relevant systems in order to competently advise and train others alongside the applications team Implement the administration of the training function including diary management and database coordination Maintenance of all IT training areasPlease note that although the main function of this role will require a presence within the busy Birmingham City Centre office, there will also be regular travel to other regional offices.If you think this is the role for you, please apply online!
