Enterprise Information Security organization has a new opportunity in Enterprise Access Management (EAM) Products and Services team for an Information Security Analyst 4 for the Enterprise Entitlements & Role Management program within EAM. This multi-phase program will bring stakeholders across the organization into a single governance structure for entitlements & role management as well as centralize core and critical assets to one strategic platform.

Responsibilities of the role include:

Provides support to the Enterprise Entitlement Management (ERM) programs Access-Based Access Controls (ABAC) framework for business-to-IT mappings.

Acts as the subject-matter expert (SME) in entitlement management and as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex ABAC problems to be solved with automated systems.

Sets and monitors entitlement life-cycle management standards, best practices and systems necessary to ensure the protection of confidentiality of informational assets.

Resolves entitlement related questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Prepares dashboards and periodic reporting for management.

Acts as an internal ABAC consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition. Help coach with concepts of RBAC, assigned to the RBAC project and will have hands on experience with scripting and coding for the design, support all of the development within that space, support the project team analyzing a lot of data that comes from the business.

Must have:

5+ years of information technology experience and 1+ year of management or leadership experience, in a technology environment preferably in the ABAC framework. How do you design these roles, how do you build the framework for these roles, what are the challenges of these roles, once its deployed,

Familiarity with identity and access management concepts and terminology.

Additional Skills:

Understanding and experience of Identity and Access Management (IAM)

Familiarity of Oracle Identity Management, Active Directory, Top Secret , SQL Developer

Experience managing and leading discussions virtually
