Eden Global Associates are currently working on behalf of an award winning cloud services provide in the North West of England who are looking for an IT Support - Team Lead. You will be responsible for the management of the existing team (and ongoing recruitment), who provide support both remotely and on customer premises.

Requirements for IT support - Team Lead role:

- Strong admin, config and troubleshooting skills in Microsoft tech (Active D, DNS, O365 etc)

- Good knowledge of switching, routing, firewalls and wireless

- Good knowledge of vSphere, VSAN and ESXi

- Ability to recruit and manage a team of 1st, 2nd, 3rd line engineers

- Ideally Microsoft, VMware, Citrix and/or Cisco certifications
